My interest in Service Design stemmed from working for a company I really, really cared about. I believed in the product, I felt connected to the customers, and my colleagues were also close friends.


What I think of now as my first Service Design project was, in my mind at the time, a “site redesign and content migration project”. In retrospect it was much more. I’m currently writing a case study on this and other Service Design work I’ve done since then. All will be published here soon. (Sometime in November 2019)
