My interest in Service Design stemmed from working for a company I really, really cared about. I believed in the product, I felt connected to the customers, and my colleagues were also close friends.


What I think of now as my first Service Design project was, in my mind at the time, a “site redesign and content migration” project. But it was also so much more.

I’m writing a case study on the project, and other Service Design work I’ve done since then, which will be published here soon. (Before the end of October 2019)
